Disappointing for what was supposed to be a fun sleepover before driving to New Orleans.

The shower: It was a nice rain fall shower with a heavy flow. The air con was decent too.

Cons There was no service when we arrived. No warm greeting. Room had a blocked toilet from the offset. My children couldn't use the bathroom. I was given a plunger to unblock it myself :(( Shower handle broke clean off after one use. No tea and coffee in room. Not enough towels for family. Not cot available for my 2 year old. Beds too high for a toddler. Not safe. Breakfast was cold and flavourless. Potatoes were undercooked. No crisp to them. Sadly we won't be returning. We missed the free dinner snacks and there was nothing else available to eat. Kids were hungry.

Our stay was excellent.

It was so friendly, clean, user friendly. The room was comfy and spacious. Ruby at the breakfast bar was so friendly and helpful as well as the ladies behind the front desk. This is the second time I stayed here and it was a pleasure. The dinner ( fajita bar) that was available the night we arrived was an added plus as we were tired from our travels and wanted to relax after eating and not get back in our car and pay for dinner.

Cons Was a little pricey for the room but worth it.

It started out great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons Around 0600 the fire alarms started going off throughout the entire hotel. My family was awakened abruptly and created a stressful situation as one of our family members has a medical condition that was triggered due to the sudden onset of the painfully loud alarm in our room .
