Cons Clean, a welcome respite after a 20 hour international flight and I would stay again. Since you asked - Bathtub drain did not seal to allow for a bath, loud AC - but the room was quiet, . Staff at front desk was decent but not overly helpful -

Wonderful hotel and comfy beds. Great location for the Phoenix conference... About 15 minute drive. Great breakfast and restaurant. If I'm ever in Phoenix...I will stay again.

Cons The food area was empty during breakfast and cocktail hour , not much direction on how drink tickets work, the pool area was not the cleanest room I booked was a high floor I was put on the third floor where all I saw was the back of another hotel parking lot no view and it was supposed to be to be upgrade not what I was expecting

Favorite airport hotel at a reasonable price.

Staff was great! Unbelievable they provide free dinner and drinks. Free parking, free shuttle, free early arrival. Reasonable price!
