Worse night of travel ever in 3 decades of travel every week

Cons The hotel said it was at the airport It was not It was old and worn. We went to an Embassy Suite at the airport, but it was not our hotel. The security guard told us the hotel was 4 years old but the one we booked was decades old. We tried to get our reservation booked over. We checked into the hotel. The lobby was okay. Parking was 23 per day. Free at another Embassy. Got to our room and it was old and dated. It was not clean. We checked out. Tried to go to another Embassy Suite. Would not accept the Booking.com rate. We found another Hilton property on our own that was clean and newer. It took us about 3 hours to get a hotel. We got to bed about 2 AM. The worse night of travel in 3 decades. I travel for business every week. I normally use the hotel web site to book. I was looking for a lower rate. I was not happy. My wife was not happy. Very bad time in Atlanta.

Embassy offer a lot for your money I recommend everyone to give them a try close to airport and all

It took me less than a 3mins she greeted me with a smile and my phone was acting crazy with all the pop ups she help me out everything was great breakfast feeling safe of the property the courtesy drink freshing smell of the rooms and lobby it's my 3rd time stay there

Cons The room smelled old and I noticed napkins from previous guest under the desk. Front desk staff sent another guest to the room I was already checked in, thank goodness she knocked before coming in.
