Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Naperville

I had a good stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The only issue was the poor soundproofing. I could hear my neighbors very clearly, almost like they were in the same room. Better soundproofing would make the stay much more comfortable.

Breakfast was the best!! Omelets every morning. Did I mention real bacon lol. Rooms was spacious and very clean! Front desk staff was amazing. We had sum minor issues but it was fixed in 30 min of our arrival time.

Past its Prime

We had stayed here many years ago, and I’m afraid things have declined fairly sharply. FF&E is quite worn, and housekeeping standards appear to have fallen way off. We found rust, hair, and stains of unknown origin on various soft goods. It’s a shame, because this is still priced towards the higher end of its competitive set, despite being in desperate need of a refresh. If you’re okay with a property that has seen better days, you can stay at the older Hampton next door for a lot less.
