The breakfast was nice

Cons Our initial room smelled horrible like mildew and the carpet was wet near the king bed. Switched rooms and it was better. It took several hours to get towels on our second night because the room hadn’t been clean. We were left a note that they were too busy and couldn’t clean. At night time there was a crowd outside and they were yelling and talking extremely loud and yelling at early hours of the morning. It was very frustrating as they woke up my kids.

Cons I really enjoy watching the planes fly into SFO and would really enjoy a room On the top so I could get. a view with a view of the bay as the planes come in …but I know I have to request that

Cons Toch wel wat verouderd en schimmel in de badkamer. Keukenvloer was nat van een lekkage wat al tijden niet was opgelost.

I would not stay here again

Cons Our room was not available for 2 hours after scheduled check in, staff did nothing to accommodate just said they were understaffed. My husband picked up someone else’s trash in the reception area and was told by front desk staff he could bring the trash to the bathroom. The pool was closed unexpectedly, the linens were clean but there was water damage and what appeared to be mold on the walls and ceiling. We paid a lot for a poor experience.
