Cons Very disappointing experience. When we arrived, we were made to wait THREE HOURS before we were finally given our rooms. During that time, we sat in the lobby watching other guests receive their rooms while we kept being told, “15 more minutes.” Every time we asked for an update, the staff would whisper among themselves but never give us a clear explanation. We basically lost our entire afternoon sitting in the hotel lobby waiting. After three hours, we finally received our rooms. I do want to mention that the supervisor was very kind, apologized for what happened, and upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view, which we appreciated. However, they still weren’t able to put our rooms on the same floor. Unfortunately, the upgrade did not make up for the frustration of spending three hours of our trip waiting in a lobby with no clear explanation or realistic estimate of when our rooms would be ready. We will not be returning to this hotel.
