Nice, could’ve been excellent.

The location and cleanliness

Cons The room that I hooked (bathtub and balcony) was extremely hot. There was one vent to cool the whole unit down and it was barely blowing cool air. My fiance tried adjusting it and it still didn’t work. The phone in the room didn’t work as well. Nothing was done to accommodate me, I had to sleep with the balcony door shut pen and my head facing the vent just to try to be comfortable. Also, when we went to the window oil around 5:30pm on a Sunday, the bartender told us there were no more clean towels. And didn’t even try to get two for us at least. He left without telling us the bar is closing and the pool. He just vanished which was very rude. The blinds next to the tub had stains on it.

The staff were so friendly and the room was always cleaned . Room service was easy and came super fast.
