Four Points by Sheraton Chicago O'Hare Airport

Smoke free hotel that smells cigarettes , roof in bathroom leaking Very unfriendly staff

Airport shuttle never showed up. Coffee maker in the room with no cups or coffee. We let the front desk know and they said they were aware.

Good location, ceilings broken Coffee maker and no cups Staff very unfriendly

People wore nice

Okay for over night stay. Nothing fancy

Rooms need some update
