Hotel room was great! Staff was not.
Cons Staff was rude at front desk. No welcome or banter. Just 'give me your ID and credit card, and here's your key'. No greeting, no smile, asked a question about dinner (it was late) and they replied - restaurant is closed. No suggestions or options given. When I left there was no thank you or recognition of leaving.

It is far from main airport . No shuttle service from JFK even booking says shuttle service available. ( it only to airport next to property) . Booking says breakfast available but confirm not by reception . Had to paid for it and not a good breakfast from the level of property brand name .
Cons Staff was not supportive. Confirmed for arranging the taxi to airport but I had to wait 20 mins at the reception . And defended the delay n miscommunication of their team was not a fault for the delay. Reception conformed one price for taxi but taxi driver charged different price . Didn’t expect such
Close to LGA, quiet and comfortable.
It was a quiet place to recover from a 12 hour travel day. We had not planned on staying near LGA as we flew transatlantic into EWR. However our flight from Italy was delayed enough that we had to reschedule our travel home to the next day. We were grateful to find a comfortable room at--for NYC--a semi reasonable price.
it wasn’t about the property. It was about the front desk, supervisor name Dequan Carson he knew what his job was. He knew how to handle the situation. He’s very professional at his job. I really thank him and because of him I really like staying at this hotel

A 10-minute walk from the Chinatown area. The rooms are modern and clean. Parking is available right next to the hotel, and there is a well-equipped fitness center.
Cons Cars are parked and retrieved by valet staff, so during busy periods you may have to wait quite a while to drop off or pick up your car. The hotel’s laundry facilities were out of order when we tried to use them. The immediate area around the hotel is mainly industrial, so it is not particularly pleasant to walk around at night.
