Franklin Guesthouse

Location, cleanliness and room size

Very big room Beautiful and tasty furnitures Cleansing of the room, dishes included

Cons Noisy street Unhelpful attitude of the staff to solve problems with the booking

It was a very convenient location, but pricey.

Cons Pricey

Great neighborhood. Ynhappy woth room and noise level

Location

Cons The room was in the basement level room 05 and it was right by a door that was marked for employees only. The level of door slamming that happened with that door with people going in and out every other half minute with no care about the adjacent rooms was insane. The extremely loud talking was very disruptive and to be staying there for 8 nights of this non stop was very unpleasant would have preferred a better room located in a better area of the hotel especially since our stay was so long.

I love the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful.

Excellent

Cons I liked it all

Very good location and quiet area! Price was high for the amenities.

Location was fabulous! Space was large! Access to local area was amazing!

Cons Would have liked a comfortable chair or couch to relax in. There was definitely room! Only the bed and 2 metal chairs at the round table were available for seating.
