Nice hotel with great access to the area, but probably wouldnt book again for a long-term stay

Its location in downtown chicago was the main reason this location was booked. And compared to other places near by, the prices were really good

Cons The bed was too firm and too low to the ground, the room was too small for 2 people (booked a private room) and was freezing as the ac couldnt be controlled nor turned off.

Cons Worst hotel experience I've had. The room was humid and smelled of mold, the bathroom was dirty with mold growing on the shower curtain, the towels and curtains were filthy, the carpet was destroyed, and several lights didn't work. I asked for housekeeping and for the lights to be repaired. Nobody came. No call back, no explanation, nothing. At this price point in Chicago you have plenty of better options. Take one of them.

El lugar est{a muy bien ubicado, la cama es super comoda y la habitaci{on es grande y comoda. Al menos la mía estaba cerca al baño, así que fue fácil. El baño estaba limpio. El wifi funciona bien, es rápido. Yo volvería, la ralación precio calidad es muy buena.

Great location, close to the lake, magnificent mile, restaurants, etc. We walked everywhere! The bathroom looked renovated.
