Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center

I go there yearly for a girls weekend and love the hotel. They just need to invest in refreshes.

Atrium is beautiful, restaurants are delicious, rooms are comfortable.

Cons Pool is a selling point and they need a refresh. There were no life vest for the lazy river or if there were they were dilapidated. outside lounge chairs were dingy and all the front poolside seats are reserved.

The resort cleanliness, appearance, decor, and staff was superb! Everything was accommodating. We didn’t have to leave the resort for anything. Amazing!!!!!
