Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center

Maravilloso

Excelente muy bonito y muy buen servicio

Very enjoyable and comfortable

Luxury inside hotel

Cons Outdoor pool had some fire ants around spa and debris and bugs floating on top of water.

It was all good, was never told the waterpark was not gonna be open even when I asked about it, I didn’t even see the da

Beautiful!!

Cons Pool was very small and foggy

Watch out for unexplained charges

The facilities are nice and clean.

Cons I have stayed at this property 3 or 4 times now and I have had issues with overcharge each and every time. I have had to go out of my way to ensure I charged correctly. This time they told me parking was free for guests and guess what charge showed up on my credit card? Parking fees! Just unreal!

It was overall beautiful and had a lot to do

Cons The pool was very dirty and murky

Foi uma grande surpresa, em especial a gentileza e amabilidade dos funcionários, além do café da manhã delicioso

Tudo muito agradável, cama, banheiro, chuveiro, a temperatura do quarto
