Hilton Boston Logan Airport

It was a short stay as we got in late but it was a good stay.

It was close to the airport and the cruise port. Getting g the shuttle from airport to hotel was good. Our meal before we left to get on the cruise was good. The chauffeur at the front was helpful for us to get a taxi.

Perfect Airport hotel stay after a long flight

Great Airport hotel, perfect after a long flight. Rooms were what you would expect from a Hilton, clean and great quality. We loved the gardens and having a walk to the memorial.

Cons Wait time for restaurant was a bit long and check in queues could get quite big.

Easy to reach from airport

The location of it was wonderful within walking from baggage claim to the hotel. The overall hotel was good. It just needed more staff in the lobby to get people in and out. Very busy hotel.

Cons The price because it's a hotel connected to the airport. It's very expensive in my opinion.

Great location for the airport

Location, shuttle bus service to airport & metro. Starbucks’ sandwiches were surprisingly good.

Cons The food and drinks were VERY expensive.

Poor Customer Service from Hilton employees. Avoid Hilton

The room was fine. Coffee machine at 4am wake up was welcome. Sound proof so didn't hear any airport noise.

Cons Employee wearing only a badge that said 'trainee' charged me for someone else's room. I didn't realise it at the time, as I thought it was just confirming what I had already paid via Booking.com. It has taken weeks to get a refund, spent 35 minutes on hold with Hilton (calling from UK to US), submitted all documents and had a reply saying the Booking.com information wasn't sufficient (also sent in my credit card statements). Avoid Hilton Hotels. No one at the hotel was particularly friendly to anyone at the check-in desk. It's like we were all bothering them.

Not what I expect from a Hilton branded hotel.

Easy to access from the airport

Cons Check in staff were indifferent. The room was a bit grubby, service in the bar was very slow.
