I love how happy and energetic the front desk staff is. Kia is so lovely along with rest of the staff. They truly set the tone for visit.

Cons The room wasn't throuly clean

This hotel missed the mark, left feeling hangry and very tired

Clean enough, free snack credit, decent sized room, close to airport, they did eventually comp my parking fee too but only because I complained that I didn’t get my included breakfast that I paid for

Cons * Breakfast ends at 9 AM with a firm cutoff, which you don’t find out until 9:05 after waiting for service and being ignored for about 10 minutes * Out of coffee at breakfast, aside from the Keurig in the hotel room * Parking costs extra to literally park at the hotel where you’re staying, and this was passively disclosed after check-in on a little orange sticky note * Didn’t sleep well at all * Very poor soundproofing. You can hear hallway conversations word for word from inside the room, including people talking at 2 AM * Blinds don’t close completely, so bright streetlights shine into the room at night * Loud, constant refrigerator hum * Very few, possibly no, food options within easy walking distance since the hotel is surrounded mostly by office buildings * Carpeting in my room was pretty gross and could definitely use a replacement

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we especially appreciated the warm welcome when we arrived. We were there celebrating my birthday, and having the hotel acknowledge it made me feel extra special. The location was also convenient for our San Francisco weekend getaway. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

Cons The only issue we had was with the carpet in our room. At first, we thought it had recently been cleaned and just hadn’t fully dried yet. However, as our stay went on, the carpet became more and more soaked, and we realized there was actually a leak. There was also a brown stain in the area where the carpet was wet, which was concerning. We did report it to the front desk, but we remained in the same room despite the leak, so it was definitely an inconvenience during our stay. Other than that, we had a very pleasant experience overall.
