I would return again!

I order room service for breakfast and dinner-both experience was excellent. The staff at the front desk and room service were friendly, hospitable, and efficient. The room was spacious and had the a great view of the city. The rooms temperature was perfect.

Cons I only gave a 9 out of 10 because I saw trash in the bathroom when I first walked into the bathroom.

The property was nice and clean.

Cons The area was a little sketchy. It’s next to empty lot with some trash and graffiti.

Outside very much clean and friendly staff

Cons Air conditioning was not properly working felt very much hot during the night.

The stuff was just okay. Didn't see anything special about welcoming customers. Very average.

Parking was fine but there was not parking for visitors. Visitors should not have to pay for parking especially if they are only here for a few minutes.

Cons No free parking for visitors.

I will never stay here again and will warn my friends against it.

The 24 hour shop near the front desk

Cons The room was supposed to have been renovated but the tub had obvious dings, cracks, and mildew stains, the toilet paper was really thin and seemed damp inconveniently and oddly placed, the bathroom lock was very loose, there is only 1 end table for 2 beds and inconveniently placed plugs. The checkout staff member , a Caucasian female with brown hair was rude and unhelpful. The AC didn’t really seem to stay on and would make the room hot and then cold. Worse than I expected for a Hilton property and extremely overpriced for the condition.
