Not what we’d hoped for but good location
We thought the pool and gym were nice
Cons The AC wasn’t working well. I asked for it to be looked at but it was still very warm in the bedroom and freezing elsewhere. The carpet in the unit was filthy. When we showered and walked around, our feet were immediately dirty.
I like everything and I love the pillows

Very clean and spacious. Room was great
Cons Staff was not very good with communication. One staff member would say one thing another staff member would not know said thing and because of miscommunication between staff members, it was a big mess

My kids had a blast at the pool with the water slides.
Cons The bed was broken and very uncomfortable. They need to replace the mattresses. It was like sleeping on a box spring.
Perfect in Every Way
We requested a room on the top floor and they accommodated us. It was perfect. The grounds have security, the rooms are spacious and the staff was wonderful.
Cons We enjoyed everything.
