Good news is that this location was tons better than the Hilton down the road nearer loop 360.
The location, calm and quite, the HVAC seemed to work well, overall cost.
Cons Still had some debate about check in. The food was not what I was expecting, but seemed pretty standard. The furniture seemed boarder line on comfort (the bed was kind of sunken in the middle. The sofa was very stiff and at a odd angle to relax.
I like everything about this property, the lobby and reception area is fantastic with 24/7 coffee, tea, water, and the addition of board games and things for families to do was something I’ve never seen before in a hotel. The front desk staff is absolutely exemplary, and you couldn’t ask for better friendlier people, especially Taylor and Bree who I’ve had the most interaction with.
The time that I spent there was more pleasing than I expected
Everybody was so kind, helpful and concerned about serving me well. Breakfast was good as well
Cons Maybe have a small evening snack
Great except as noted above.
Clean, well maintained!!
Cons The commode was not accommodating to seniors, it is too low for those with disabilities!!
Would recommend the facility but may have to go thru Booking.com to get the best rate
Staff was very nice and the breakfast was above the average offered by most hotels.
Cons Ended up booking thru Booking.com. Each time I called the hotel within minutes of each other, the rates kept increasing,It was amazing to me that rates could increase in such a short time. And the agent was not understanding at all-just said it is what it is. Kind of rude in my opinion.
