The room was clean & comfortable..The staff was very courteous. Like that there was airport shuttle service.
Cons The shuttle van could use some maintenance as it was a very bumpy ride.

Cons Staff did not tell us where the airport shuttle pick up was located. The sign in front indicated that the pickup was there but in fact it was around the side. We could have missed the shuttle. That is not acceptable. They must inform clearly where to get the shuttle.
