Free coffee on the incredible rooftop was amazing each morning and the staff up there were lovely! nice large bathroom and plenty of room to lay suitcases etc
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were nice.
The room we stayed in had a wonderful view of the city. We were on the 20th floor. The Fitness Center was also nice. Great location close to Chinatown and Little Italy. We had a problem with the bathroom sliding door and they fixed it while we were out.
Cons The breakfast was a little on the small side. We had vouchers which covered $25 each. I would have preferred a buffet.
Nice stay once you're inside. Location is inconvenient, not close to public transport.
Choose a room on the north side of the building for a great view of the Empire State Bldg. Rooms on the East side looks over entrance to Williamsburg bridge. Noisy, congested and bright. Rooftop bar/restaurant has incredible views. Staff super helpful and polite.
Cons I just didn't like the location. Far away from subway stops, lots of traffic, inconvenient.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great roof top view at sunset and sunset. Hotel offers some activities, like puppy yoga and walking tour of ChinaTown - whilst we didn't take up any as our stay was short, but we thought this was a nice touch. We were 3 adults in king room with bridge view and it was very comfortable. Location was good,
Will definitely book again.

Perfect Stay
This was such a good hotel. The staff are so friendly. The rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable. Its actually pretty quiet for being in the city and such a busy area. The location is central for walking or biking to different areas. Breakfast was really good and there is a roof top bar/club at night. Honestly it was a fantastic hotel! I would go back. Hotel distance to airport is also good.
