Staff was awesome. Front desk helped me above and beyond.
Cons My room had cobwebs and the bed looked like someone didn’t change the sheets from the last customer. Check the upholstery on the furniture. Kind of scary to look at. The AC kept the room cool but was noisy. For the price for the stay it was disappointing.

Good atmosphere, clean, quite and great location to nearby neighborhood that ain't downtown. 6 minutes walk from the blue and green line that take you to downtown. I love staying here every year I visit Chicago.

Such a nice place to stay in a very nice area.
Very nice and clean, the workers were very nice and very very helpful, I had car problems and Carlos went out of his way and helped me, I wouldn’t have been able to drive 5 hours home without his help.
