Nice location if you were looking for the financial district

The location was exactly where we needed to be

Cons We were on the 10th floor and the elevator made it sound like there was a train rumbling through the hotel all night long. Had to ask for earplugs from the front desk.

Orden

The staff was very nice and helpful throughout my stay. Although they were unable to transfer the points I earned from this reservation to my IHG account, they were still helpful in assisting me with other requests and making sure I had what I needed. They also provided the missing supplies and did their best to accommodate me. Overall, I appreciated their friendly attitude and willingness to help.

Cons The housekeeping not happend everyday , I had to ask for towels and such.
