Cons The mandatory amenity fee

The room was fine, very comfortable. Beds were good. The rooftop bar was really a nice feature. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.

Cons The ice machines are only on even numbered floors, but the closest one to my floor (11) on floor 10, was inoperable. So, had to go down to floor 8. The main thing I did not like was that after I had booked the room, I was alerted by email about an "amenity fee" of $40. It did include a credit for food and beverage, but still was an unwelcome surprise that should have been disclosed in the information about the total cost of booking the room.

I really liked this hotel if I could book here again one day I definitely would

I liked how it was in close proximity to the stadium and it was funny watching the streets, crowded with people, leaving the stadium when I got back to my room

Cons The AC could’ve been facing the bed and it could’ve been more powerful and the floors could’ve been mopped and vacuumed a bit more

MOLD! Horrible customer service.

Our first room both mine and my sisters room had mold all in the bathroom. I brought it up to the hotel staff they moved us to another room which also had mold in the bathroom and the air conditioning was not working. Asked for a refund only was able to get our amenities back. Let me mind you, I am also 6 months pregnant. Tried to get ahold of the managers and they still have not called me back. Horrible experience, very unprofessional. Will NOT be coming back.
