Minimalist, good location, friendly staff, only book on higher floors with balcony facing Park Ave

Cons Rooms facing the side streets have no view, felt older, especially their bathrooms a bit used and dirty. We changed rooms to high level with balcony facing Park Ave with an amazing view, which was more polished and had clean bathrooms completely different.

Location is great, the room was nicely appointed although small at the price point. The rooftop restaurant and bar is very nice

Disruptive. They need to warn you about the restaurant music or make adjustments.

Cons My room was right over the restaurant and so the boom boom boom of the restaurant's music was unending for seven hours. No way to escape it in my room.

Quality night's stay

Clean rooms with quality linens. Free minibar and fast wifi. Central location. Great cocktail bar in the basement, but reservations are needed.

Cons I wish there was a front desk staff to explain the hotel and room's set up. Additionally, the check-in times were not clear.

Great location in a nicely designed hotel.

It was very clean, quiet rooms, nicely decorated and convenient restaurant and rooftop bar.

Cons The mattress and the pillows were way too soft and we had a terrible night’s sleep. Back ache and neck pain the next morning. It would be nice to choose firm or soft mattress when booking.

Cons As many previous guests have stated, I was also charged unauthorized amounts by this hotel using the card they had on file. I’ve been disputing the charges for weeks, yet they keep insisting they’re correct—even though their own billing summary clearly shows otherwise. There are numerous reviews across different platforms describing the same issue, so this hardly seems like an isolated mistake. Do yourself a favour and don’t stay here. They will take unauthorized charges from your card and then refuse to acknowledge it.
