Hotel Zelos San Francisco

Pleasantly surprised by how quiet and comfortable our stay was being in the busy city center of SF.

The hotel location was extremely convenient for finding public transportation and the hotel room was very comfortable being in the middle of the city.

Cons The only detail that stood out was the shower drain was a little slow to where water would pool a bits

A beautiful hotel in the center of San Francisco

The room was too big with a king bed. It was comfortable and cozy. The location was perfect.

Cons The bathroom was older than it appeared in the photos. Also, breakfast was included in our booking, but when we checked in, we were given two voucher coupons worth a total of only USD 25 per person. In reality, that amount was barely enough for an omelet. I think the hotel should improve the breakfast arrangement, especially since breakfast was advertised as included.

Excellent location, very quiet, very clean, secure.

Cons The hotel was already expensive, although comparatively a bit less than the other standards. But then added a $35 fee each day for use of their own facilities. Ridiculous! for that, they could’ve added some nice croissants with the coffee available. There is also additional parking fee so I recommend using the fifth admission garage which is cheaper than the hotel charges.

Amazing atmosphere and great staff!

Perfect and affordable place to stay. Greeted by receptionist Jazmin and she’s accommodating and pleasant to have. She answered all our questions and very friendly. Highly recommended.
