Fabulous hotel with friendly staff

The front of house staff were all lovely and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was decent although maybe could be updated a little. We received complimentary room upgrade and drinks tickets, although the tickets were for limited times.

Cons Most of the stay was fabulous, my only recommendation would be to be more flexible with the drinks ticket timings!

Bartender was the best. Very attentive, and informative.

Smelly, dirty and disappointing

Cons Blood on the sheets, air conditioning so loud you couldn’t sleep, the smell of drains, the fact that the printer didn’t work, they couldn’t give me a quiet room to do a presentation for work and the fact they were giving vouchers out for drinks to some guests and not others.

over all - absolutely amazing with great vibe, great staff and the rooms were just spot on !
