Hyatt Place Tempe / Phoenix / University

We love this hotel. It’s our go to place when visiting our daughter in Tempe. 15 minutes from the airport. Nice area.

Great proximity to downtown Tempe.

The location was great. Dining area was modern, bright and the food was great. The room was good, shower was powerful.

Cons The parking was expensive especially for a resident of the hotel.

A relaxing stay.

Location was good. It was a little of a challenge to get to being located within the ASU Campus area. Did not get to experience the breakfast bar, though it did look very good.

Cons The $16/day parking fee.

Clean and comfortable, great location, friendly staff

Location was excellent, right near campus! Was disappointed the pool bar area was closed but it was Sunday/Monday! Also train was a little loud at night but overall really loved our stay! Breakfast was excellent also

They don't clean the rooms daily. You have to request for toilet paper in days they don't do house keeping.

Cons The breakfast is the same everyday. I stayed there for more than one week and we ate the same food everyday. That's BAD.
