Beware of the hidden extras

Location was excellent close to the tram line and harbour.

Cons Booking.com don’t cover the cost of breakfast despite booking for four people and including breakfast as an extra cost through booking.com I was told by the hotel staff that booking.com only cover 2 of the 4 people booked into the room and up to $30 per person$60 max. I had paid extra for lounge access as well but was told that was only for 2 of the 4 my daughters would be charged $100/day per person. So a family of fours one and only breakfast cost a staggering $280, I was offered $60 off the total. Despite paying more for the booking I decided to eat out for the remaining 3 days.
