The room was pretty clean and was accurate to the pictures. I was a bit apprehensive about booking a place that was an apartment complex, because I wasn't sure how well managed it would be, but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and helpful the staff were, and how quickly issues were responded to via booking messages. For example I had an issue with the virtual check in link, messaged the property, and they helped me fix it within the hour. On the day I arrived, the staff messaged me that there was a small plumbing issue in the bathroom. They were very apologetic and offered another room as an option and even allowed me to look at both rooms before deciding which one I wanted. I was also offered a bit of credit because of the plumbing issue. I know a lot of apt-type locations where they do a quick turnaround and no one actually even bothers to check the rooms before guest check-in, but this property seemed to do a much more thorough job.
Cons The A/C was really loud in the bedroom and living room, esp the bedroom. I had earplugs so it was fine for sleepign but not sure how it would've been without. Also the AC was very very cold when it was on because of the powerful fan, but when it was off the room would get too hot, so it was a bit hard to balance the temperature. Also was not able to store luggage at the front desk since it's an apartment complex rather than a hotel, which was a bit unfortunate.
