Cons Bathrooms were kinda small with the toilets being rather low to the ground which can be hard for people with mobility issues to use.

I stayed in the first floor, with souring ceilings, and a very large room - really enjoyed everything.

The location is great and the building is beautiful.

Cons The decor in the rooms was a little dated and our room on the first floor had windows facing the courtyard, which was pretty active. But none of it wouldn’t influence our decision to return because we really enjoyed the experience!

Amazing location and ambiance. Loved many things about the room and many of the interactions with the staff were great.

Cons Shower looks like it is never cleaned. Room did not get cleaned one day and they could not do it once reported. Both times I had to report issues to the from desk, the first thing the front did was blame us for having do not disturb sign on door... even though we did not have the sign on the door. I am not sure why their first instinct is to blame guest other than just trying to understand and solve issues.
