Magic Castle Hotel

Fabulous service, amazing caring staff, great location

Every member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of little touches like free self serve ice cream, sodas and coffees. Great location for all Hollywood attractions, just a few minutes walk from Hollywood Walk of Fame. Very large spacious rooms

Cons Property itself is a little dated and is ready for a spruce-up. But this is more than outweighed by the service and extra touches.

Top !! J’y reviendrais .. merci

Cons Rien

You’ll feel like a queen at Magic Castle!

Staff were exceptional.

Cons

I loved the amazing staff! So friendly and always trying their best to make everyone happy. The quirky additions that other hotels don't do such as free popsicles, drinks, snacks and laundry.

Cons The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and sleeping in the lounge meant that when there were noisy people in the pool during the night I was kept awake. The beds in the bedroom were lovely, its just unfortunate for the poor person sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge.

Loved it

Loved everything about it! Quirky and fun! Good value too and very friendly staff. Excellent quality snacks for purchase from the fridge!

Cons Noisy a/c is all!
