Cons There wasn't anything I didn't like.
Cons The only thing that upset me - and it really upset me - was that there were no cups or mugs in the room despite there being tea and coffee facilities. There were just paper cups Wrapped in plastic! They have brochures in the room asking us to minimise waste and be sensitive to the environment. But when I rang and asked for a mug they said they could not provide one. Seriously. It is 2026. No one wants to drink out of paper if they don't have to. I know Americans are obsessed with takeout coffee but surely both options could be provided. They have glasses. They have a restaurant. When I wrote and complained they replied "I am sorry you are unhappy with our choice of dinner ware". To be clear - I was upset about the lack of dinner ware and the disregard for the environment.
