Clean rooms and good location

Cons If you want to sleep, go to a different hotel. There’s some sort of metal gate or fire exit that slams shut with great noise (if you’re in room 115) and the place is like a Greyhound bus terminal - I counted eight times I was woken last night between 3am and 5am. I couldn’t sleep and will never go back to this hotel.

Perfect base. Lovely hotel. Will stay again.

The property was modern and well kept, in a great location and lovely staff. They were very accommodating when I was a day late in arriving and had to possibly cancel my stay. There responsiveness made a stressful situation manageable.

Cons There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Me gusto mucho la habitacion. La ubicacion es muy buena. Muy tranquilo el lugar y a unos 15 minutos de la Broadway donde estan todos los bares y lugares para escuchar musica en vivo.

In general a nice apartment/room.

Cons Cleaning could have been better. No room cleaning for 3 days. Fridge in the lobby didn't work. Reception was always empty when we came in/down; we had to wait for the receptionist to appear from the back. Shuttle bus started running at 10, could have been earlier.

Great location. Rooms were very clean, spacious and very convenient having a kitchenette. Availability of shuttle bus was great.
