The only positive aspect of our stay was the location. The hotel is very conveniently located in SoHo, within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, attractions, and subway stations, making it a great base for exploring Manhattan

Cons Unfortunately, almost everything else about our stay was disappointing. Our room was located at the beginning of the hallway, so we constantly heard people talking, shouting, and passing by, as well as machinery noise from outside, which made it difficult to sleep. The safe did not work for several days despite repeated requests for assistance, and the curtain did not properly cover the window, allowing a lot of light into the room. Housekeeping was also very inconsistent—we went several consecutive days without our room being cleaned and had to call the front desk as late as 5–7 PM just to request cleaning. Toward the end of our stay, we returned to the room and found our backpack and suitcase open even though we had left them closed, which made us extremely uncomfortable. We raised several issues with the hotel during our stay, but unfortunately the service and handling of our complaints did not meet our expectations. For the price and the level this hotel presents itself as, we expected significantly better service and attention to guests.

L’établissement est très bien situé, au cœur de soho et à proximité du métro canal street. La salle de bain est très propre (linge de toilette parfait)

Cons La chambre est propre mais effectivement comme cela est dit dans d’autres commentaires, les tètes de lit sont très abimées (le vinyl est usé et s écaille ) la moquette également est assez usée. Il manque une bouilloire ou de quoi faire un thé ou café en chambre.

Cons My only complaint is the fact that they do not have a good breakfast at the location. There is a restaurant on the first floor which was not good. The eggs were cold, the breakfast was delayed. I changed my order of eggs three times. There is an excellent place across the street were we had breakfast the rest of our stay. They need to improve the restaurant service. There is no coffee machine inside the rooms. No small freezer either so do not bring any food into the room or expect to drink coffee.

Cons Services could be better. Gym had decent equipment but very poorly maintained. Placed on a basement with no windows whatsoever it is a bit claustrophobic.
