Wouldn’t go back. The staff was great, facilities and price however were horrible.

The location to red rocks was the only benefit to this hotel.

Cons The pictures mask the gas stations and highway right outside the entrance and Martin Marietta digging behind the hotel. The showers were horrible. I say showers, because we had to switch rooms. After coming back late from a full days hike, our original room smelled of sewer. We were told this happens on occasion and had to pack up our things to relocate late at night.

Cons The Service was very poor, the mattress was was worn out, the shower was a massage not a shower etc etc etc the value was absolutely bad.

Close to Red Rocks and worth it for the location.

The staff and location was excellent

Cons Hotel had a septic issue and rooms had rotten egg smell. Needed some maintenance.

Location is great but rooms are not up to par for the price

Cons Property not maintained. All the wood cabinets, trim etc in need of repair & paint. Bed very saggy & uncomfortable. Room not as clean as it should be
