Great spacious apartment - extremely well appointed.

We were on holiday with our daughter who was working near Wall Street, so it was really convenient. The apartment was really spacious with everything you need - extremely well equipped and also by a great breakfast place. Loved it!

Quieter but good location

These are apartments with bedrooms. Seating w streaming services to tv. Kitchens. On 9th floor there was also a very large community kitchen with all amenities and seating. Maybe on other floors as well. 17 floors in bldg. On 8 floor full size washers and dryers. Prob 10 each. Bring ur own detergent. As There are residents that also live in bldg the shared Spaces are immaculate. Located one block to ferries to DUMBO/ Brooklyn and other areas. Short walk to subways, 911 area and more. Walked along water front thru Battery Park up to Pier 75. Chelsea market, etc. Fast elevators
