The room had a nice view and housekeeping did a great job. The vouchers for snacks and drinks was really nice! When I needed repairs in the room they were done efficiently.

Cons The shower drain smelled. Th tv glitched when it was raining outside. The staff at times seemed a bit unprofessional at the front desk.

Cons The aspects I didn’t like: The room is ridiculously small. There is barely enough space for two people to walk past each other. The refrigerator in the room is just as tiny. You can barely fit two cans of soda inside. The room is extremely cold, and at night, you can hear various noises coming from the AC unit, even when it is turned off. There is a constant buzzing sound and the sound of dripping water. It is incredibly frustrating and disturbing. We happened to visit NYC during a cold spell, and after spending an entire day exploring the city in the rain, we returned to the hotel only to discover that the AC could not be turned off and was making the room unbearably cold. We called the front desk to report the issue, and someone came to check it, but nothing was fixed. And what did we get out of it? We ended up catching a terrible cold. Were we offered another room? Any help or support? No! The area? The area is dangerous, with suspicious-looking people, a horrible smell, syringes lying on the ground, trash everywhere, and visible drug activity. It feels extremely unsafe and raises serious concerns about guests’ safety. Honestly, I regretted every single day we spent at this hotel. The experience was awful. I never felt safe, and we couldn’t properly enjoy our vacation. Whenever it started getting dark, our first thought was to get back to the hotel early to avoid having an unfortunate “accident” because of the neighborhood. It is a terrible, unsafe area! This is a deplorable hotel. There is no comfort, and the promised amenities and facilities are simply not what you would expect. I do not recommend this hotel! If you want to enjoy your vacation, stay away and choose somewhere else. Put your safety first!

Not worth it.

The only front desk staff upon arrival, Moises, was trying his best and apologetic. He compensated for other female staff in the morning who were extremely rude.

Cons They downgraded our deluxe king room to a very small bunk room with no notice. Upon arrival in this very poor location, we had no help, there was no parking onsite as advertised, we were given drink vouchers for inconvenience that were already included in the “resort fee”, and in the room the very small cramped the top bunk bed was unmade and there was trash in it.
