I have been charge 2 times one with booking and second time with the hotel
Cons The garage was very confusing. The wait time for the elevators was excessive at times.
The hotel overall was pleasant and had plenty of amenities.. Definitely would stay again, staff was very accommodating and helpful..

Outside of the bldg
Cons Parking garage is a nightmare, virtually forced to valet park. Air conditioner alternated between sounding like an old jalopy with parts banging underneath to a high pitch screaming sound that sounded like someone was being slowly murdered.
