Very poor reception
Cons After agreeing to charge me extra for 4 more hours, the new receptionist canceled that and took out my things out of the room when I was not around.
Awesome customer service.
Cons The bed was not comfortable at all. It had springs sticker me, and sinking in.

A convenient place to stay in the east Bronx area and that’s about it.
The property was convenient for where I was going.
Cons The staff are unfriendly and couldn’t care less about you.
The room was very clean. The sheet on the bed were very clean and the bathroom was very clean and the room was very organized.
Cons The bed sunk in the middle like it had a hole in it and we could not get the channel on the TV to work, and there was no complementary bottles of water.
