Cons That to turn on the shower I had to get soaked cause it’s opposite the door.

Cons My flight was delayed basically right when I was trying to leave this morning, so I asked for a new key and the guy at the desk this morning seemed annoyed I was trying to get a key. The key he gave me didn’t work, I went down to try to have it fixed twice and he seemed more annoyed. They had trash on a lot of the hallway floors, and the outside terrace has falling apart patio sets. The location is about the only decent thing unless you like staying at overpriced days inn.

Cons Asked for a room away from elevators, which unfortunately I did not get. Asked staff re: this and they were ambivalent re this. Next time will ask for my room number BEFORE paying

Outstanding in every way

One night stay prior to super early DCA flight. Modern and sophisticated hotel with great location. Rooms are great and Italian restaurant is fantastic. But what makes this place magnificent is the people. From entering the front door I was greeted with kindness, professionalism, and proactive elite service. The live music is a big hit too. Special recognition to Lakenya at checkin. She exhibited superior professionalism, kindness, and grace. I beautiful representative of this property and Marriott as a broader organization. Finally, Rocky at the bar exceeded expectations. Just a 1st class guy who cares about the guests. As all the staff we interfaces with did.
