Perfekt für Reisende am Newark Airport EWR

Sehr nette Person am Empfang (Rick) der alles möglich gemacht hat, um mir meinen Aufenthalt nach meinen Bedürfnissen zu gestalten und meinen Wünschen nachzukommen, auch ohne Zusatzkosten. Auch das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons Es gibt keine Bar / Restaurant. Würde dies noch existieren, wenn auch nur im kleinen Rahmen, wäre es perfekt. Als Ersatz gibt es einein sehr kleinein "Markt" an der Rezeption, dieser ist jedoch eher teuer und wirklich sehr überschaubar.

Cons En la habitación no se encontraba la cafetera completa. Se solicitó al hotel el cambio o reposición de los elementos faltantes, pero nunca dieron solución.. Además, uno de los conductores del servicio de transporte del hotel al aeropuerto el día 05 de septiembre en el turno de la mañana tuvo una actitud pésima, grosera y poco profesional con nosotros. La atención y el servicio en estos aspectos dejaron mucho que desear.

Very close to the airport and the shuttle was perfect.

Cons They have no restaurant and there is nothing walking distance.

Good place to rest on a layover

Close to the airport with regular shuttles picking up and dropping off. The room was spacious and comfortable. Great place to crash if you have an over night layover.

Cons Got in around 9 and no bar or restaurant at the hotel and nothing around it.
