Cons Nowhere to sit with any atmosphere in the evening - no bar or restaurant within the hotel, just a lobby area which doubles up as a place for breakfast.

Nice hotel but really bad housekeeping

Nice property but no housekeeping was performed the whole stay we were there

Cons Lack of housekeeping. We were told there was a schedule but we had to go scrounging around for coffee and milk when breakfast was being served. Nothing was replenished in our room,

Oportunidades de mejora

Muy limpio y ordenado, tanto habitación, piscina y exteriores. Las personas que atienden en cafetería muy amables, especialmente Luis.

Cons Se podría mejorar la variedad de opciones de desayuno, por ej los huevos y los productos de panadería. Las personas en recepción, tanto en check in y check out no fueron muy amables.

Agradable y práctico

La habitación amplia y con buenas instalaciones. La cama comodísima, buen baño y tiene una pequeña cocina. Aunque no la usamos. Esta bien situado en el barrio historico de Charlestown aunque hay que cruzar el río para llegar al down town, es un paseo agradable de 10 o 15 minutos.

Cons El sofa camá no es muy cómodo. El desayuno no es muy variado y la sala pequeñoa para los clientes que hay.
