Best all around.

The location was perfect because it was close enough to the madness of New York City, but far enough to have its own peaceful feel. The staff was amazing always ready to help with my needs or questions. The view from my room was amazing. There were several modes of transportation to the city. Has several food places near by to get anything you may need.

Cons The in restaurant hotel was pretty bad, the food was bland, overpriced, and just not overall not good. The pillows were a little annoying because they didn’t provide any support, but I was still able to sleep.

Cons Booked month in advance arrived to property booked water front view but received view of a air condition unit on a 2nd floor room even though this was booked way in advance and shouldn't have been a issue I paid extra for no reason also bathroom tub was clogged and hairs all over bathroom

Loved the manhattan skyline view large room very quiet lots of restaurants nearby and lovely walk along the Hudson

Beautiful views quiet location only one stop via bus into city. Big room

Cons Nothing really but could probably do with an update clean and tidy but dated

Cons Abbiamo avuto problemi per pagare con tutte le carte di credito, non accettano bonifici immediati, meglio pagare su Booking che fare il pagamento direttamente in struttura, potrebbero esserci dei problemi, il personale ha risolto la questione solo quando stavo per chiamare l'assistenza di BOOKING.

Good location & reception staff, but overpriced and outdated.

Good location for the ferry to manhattan but only on week days as it doesn’t start until 10am on weekends. Staff on reception very nice. Breakfast expensive & poor quality and they don’t sell a single draught beer. Nobody will offer to help with your baggage either.

Cons Very outdated. Paint peeling off the ceilings. Bathrooms all chipped and old. About 30 years behind today’s standards.
