Cons They need to mention that you will be charged $60 for parking even if you are a guest. Last year I wasn’t charged for the parking this year I was, even though at reception I was told that as a guest it’s free

Cons Only thing I didn’t like. Is there was older blonde lady who I stopped to ask a question and she’s like well I’m working but you can ask anyway. oh, like I’m sorry I thought that’s what you’re there for. 🤔
I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel during Horror nights. Highly recommend!
Great hotel and shuttle service to Universal Studios every 15-20 minutes is awesome and convenient. We will be staying here again when coming to Universal Horror nights. Having a Starbucks in the hotel is a plus!
There is a shuttle to get you to and from universal studios and city walk. Housekeeping workers were very kind , and friendly. We stood on the floor 8. The lady was very nice that worked on that floor.
Cons The room was too small for a family of 4. Parking is 55 plus extra 5.50cents. The refrigerator was not working, I called to have it serviced, the maintenance person said it would take a while to get cold, 3 days later it didn't work .
