Muy bonito, el personal muy amable, y buena ubicación y tienen shuttle que va a los parques y a Disney springs, eso ayudó mucho en mi estancia.
AWFUL DO NOT STAY HERE. AVOID THIS HOTEL.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I am absolutely furious with how this hotel handled our stay. The room was moldy and smelled disgusting. The shower was filthy and honestly looked like it had not been properly cleaned. Then we went to the pool expecting at least that area to be enjoyable, and the pool was disgusting as well. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel charging what Signia by Hilton charges. We complained about the condition of the room, and after everything we experienced, we were told we would receive a refund. I even have a video recording of the employee telling me that we would be refunded. Then, after days of trying to get an update, we suddenly receive an email saying they aren’t going to refund us. Are you kidding me? So you put guests in a moldy room with a disgusting shower and dirty pool, acknowledge the situation enough to promise a refund, and then decide you don’t want to honor that promise? The worst part wasn’t even the room—it was the complete lack of accountability afterward. I have the messages, the correspondence, and the video documenting what I was promised. I will absolutely be taking this further because I’m not going to pay hundreds of dollars for a disgusting experience and then be told the hotel doesn’t have to stand behind what its own employee promised. Extremely disappointed. Extremely angry. And I absolutely would not stay here again.
