Sonesta ES Suites Atlanta - Perimeter Center

I loved it. Definitely will be returning.

Great location Very clean Great breakfast Friendly staff

Cons Loved everything

Quiet, restful and the staff was amazing.

The location the staff and price

Cons The property is a little dated and some renovations would go a long way

Everything

Cons Nothing

Spacious room, everything else was terrible

The room was spacious and bed was at least clean.

Cons Was not vacuumed or swept. Long black hair was all over the carpet and tile and in the bathroom. Hallways smelled like marijuana and trash because custodians left bags of trash overnight in the halls every night. Noise complaints were ignored as they just readily allowed people to stomp around and yell and let kids run up and down the halls. Walls and door had damage and looks like no attempts have been made to repair them. Requested an early checkout and they denied it and offered no refund. Booking.com also ignored messages sent.

Great price, well maintained, friendly staff

Very friendly staff - they were great about accommodating our very late arrival and greeted us with some snacks.
