Great location, spacious rooms and helpful staff

Such a great location. As a visa tie with young children loved the ease into Manhattan on the 7 train (10 min walk over bridge then one stop to Grand Central). Also local neighbourhood great to explore.

Interesting rooms, great breakfast, happy there was a bar!

Not as convenient as the Henry Norman, but second best!

Great staff, stylish accommodations, good breakfast

Cons There was a leak in the sink, and the staff offered to send someone --it was late on a Saturday night, and they were unable to deliver a repair person--they did offer to switch our room, but we had already settled in. The staff handled this unusual situation well, but it was inconvenient, since we couldn't use the sink and had to use the one in the kitchen area.

It was a lukewarm experience. The room itself was fabulous but anything else wasn't.

The room was large, the balcony with chairs and table was wonderful, the room was very nice and the sheets were comfy.

Cons The guy who worked the breakfast couldn't have cared less about the guest experience, the coffee pot wasn't even plugged in and the coffee was luke warm at best and absolutely terrible, not drinkable. The guy who worked the front door did not even offer to help me with my heavy bag up the stairs, until I asked for help. I went to take a shower around 5pm and there were zero towels in the bathroom.

I will not come back.

Hotel with a nice style.

Cons Service is pretty horrible. For 400$ a night the hotel can assure rooms are serviced and cleaned. It was not done twice. Staff was not very helpful. The hotel also hosts weddings which do not allow guests to rest until very late because of the noise. Guests are never told of this beforehand.
