The location is amazing but the staff who work at the lobby super professional !!! they answer all our questions.

Cons Breakfast!! I would really appreciate a more substantial, savory breakfast, with simple options such as regular bread, cheese, and coffee. It would also be great if breakfast and especially coffee were available for a longer period in the morning. I noticed other guests coming in just to get a cup of coffee. Since there is no coffee machine in the room, having coffee available throughout the morning is particularly important. Thank you for taking this into consideration!

Looked for accessibility to Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island. That worked. Will look at Doubletree nex

Cons Too expensive for the size room and poor quality of TV Breakfast was middle of the road Ok. I've traveled a lot this past month, and I can't remember the breakfast at the FIDI, so it wasn't bad and it wasn't great...

Veldig ryddig og rent, myk og god seng, gratis vann hver dag, god WiFi, frokost inkludert (selv om den var veldig enkel), god beliggenhet.

Cons Ingen hyller, benker eller overflater å ha ting på på badet. Måtte ha toalettmappe og sminke mappe på gulvet. Dårlig belysning på rommet, kun ett nattbord, vi visste ikke at vi bestilte et handikap-rom - dette var veldig dårlig kommunisert. Døren til rommet var automatisk og åpnet seg på vidt gap hver dag slik at man så hele rommet.

Very good place to stay in NYC for sightseeing. A bit expensive but compared to other hotels in NYC prices can be considered reasonable.
