Great hotel, perfect location

We loved this hotel! The cafe/bar in the lobby was really great, it gave us somewhere other than our room to relax.

Wonderful hotel and it made our visit to Brooklyn a success.

The location was perfect for our purposes-- close to my son and the East River. The river walk is gorgeous and I love that we could walk to the ferry to Manhattan! Modern decor, clean and comfortable room and vibrant lobby and restaurant area. Fun to see so many people working and meeting up in the Cafe area. I look forward to coming back!

Cons The shower was a little complicated to figure out which handle did what, haha. Instructions maybe would be helpful?

Location was excellent.

Cons Unfortunately there wasn’t a lot to love IMO. The rooms were fine, the lack of mini bar is understandable but then the inability to get anything to the room like ice was a nightmare. Service was very inattentive and the food across the venue was far too niche.
