The location is perfect very central, walkable to literally everywhere and very well connected

Cons I am writing this review to share a deeply disappointing experience we had at the front desk. Upon arrival, we were met by a receptionist named Yasmin, who was remarkably rude and hostile for absolutely no reason. When we simply asked for clarification regarding the $400 check-in fee, she failed to explain that it was merely a temporary incidental hold, and instead became argumentative, claiming that the amount would not even be fully refunded. She threatened that we would not be allowed to check in at all unless we paid immediately. What made this even more unacceptable was that we had already paid the full hotel fees upfront, non-refundable, meaning she was essentially threatening to throw away our reservation and money just because we asked a basic question. However, when we checked out, another lovely lady at the reception kindly clarified that the charge is indeed fully refundable. The stress, misinformation, and poor treatment we experienced upon arrival cast a shadow over our entire stay, and I hope management addresses this behavior so future guests don't have to experience being threatened over routine inquiries.

Cons Of all the hotels I've stayed in, this is the only one that charged us to leave our luggages behind for a few hours. They charge about $3 per bag.

Összességében a szálás rendben volt, jó helyen van (Manhattan közepe) így bejárható volt az egész városrész, gyalogosan, valamit metrómegállók 5 percre gyalogosan.

Cons Megérkeztünk a ,,check" - in időpontra, viszont a szobánk csak 2 órával később készült el, és volt átvehető, ami ilyen kifizetett összeg mellet nem elfogadott, főleg úgy, hogy egy lefoglalt programra kellett sietnünk. Valamint a fizetett kaukciót majd 1 hónapra rá kaptuk vissza, amit nagyon soknak tartok.

Not bad but its New York so dont expect it to be amazing and cheap. Staff was good

la ubicación definitivamente muy cerca de la gran central, cerca de restaurantes, mercados, farmacia, a 20 minutos de lugares de interés. En el día ideal para desplazarse caminando si quieres conocer.

Cons cuando ingrese a la habitación note un olor a humedad, el baño requiere mantenimiento: tiene gotera debajo del lavamanos, el soporte de el sanitario esta bastante desgastado y viejo para cambio, la cortina del baño esta alta y deja salir el agua de la ducha. Polvo sobre las mesas de noche, la habitación daba contra el área de sistema de ventilación generando ruido toda la noche.

Cons No way to open sleeper for third guest.Too small to open and sleep. Phone didn’t work. Shower was partially functional. Management was not overly helpful. Pay 9$ for hotel to hold bags…
